This is a breakfast item that we have once in a while. Recipe from Amira.
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1 – 2 tsp dried mint (to taste)
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp onion powder
Pinch of Kosher salt
Season the cottage cheese and stir together. Taste to make sure there is enough seasoning. Serve with green onions and pita bread.
