1.5 oz Gin
1.5 oz Campari
1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
Splash sparkling water
Garnish with an orange peel.

Shake gin, campari and vermouth together with ice. Strain into a rocks glass either up or over ice. Add sparkling water if desired. Garnish with an orange peel.
