1.5 oz Rum3/4 oz Campari1/2 oz lime juice1/2 oz Simple Syrup1.5 oz pineapple juice Shake all ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or a lemon.

Equal Parts: Make a total of 1.5 oz for an after dinner shot. Make a total of 4 oz for a martini.
