Ingredients
1.5 oz Gin
1/2 oz Suze
1/4 oz lime juice
1 dash Peychoud’s Bitters
3 oz Tonic

Add the gin, Suze, lime juice and bitters to a chilled Collins glass. Top with ice and tonic. Garnish with a lime.
